   Food is amazing but the restaurant is FREEZING as the door was open most of the time (very low door swing and no curtain or barrier between the outside and inside). Maybe invest in a curtain or something. Most of the patrons and even the waitstaff was bundled up when inside. But the food is great! I'll be back, but requesting a warmer table (maybe outside--they all got blankets and heaters!!)

   We sat outside with heaters , it was very comfortable. The food was amazing. We started out with the trio of spreads,shisito peppers, and warm olives. For dinner we had dumplings, halibut and hamburger . Everything was fabulous

   As always, a great meal...Manti and Halibut were both super tasty. Lokma is a true gem!

   I’ve been a fan of Lokma since they opened in my neighborhood years ago in a tiny space where restaurant after restaurant had failed. It’s been great to see them succeed and grow. Food is consistently excellent, they treat everyone like family, and it’s always fun to be there.

   Very nice local gem, Turkish and middle-eastern food, their outdoor seating is pleasant given thst its sidewalk and or street "parklet" (cannot speak of the indoor space as we’ve not been in). The food is very good and not just the usual lamb kabob. Great variety of small plates and larger plates; a soup, various salads, chicken, fish, beef and vegan options. The can accommodate gluten-free very well!

   Dining at Lokma for our one-year anniversary was absolutely incredible. We had our wedding reception there in 2023, so it felt perfect to return and celebrate this milestone with them. The food, which has always been amazing, somehow gets better every time we visit. It was the perfect setting to relive memories and make new ones.

   Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the branzino - well balanced flavour and texture. Beautiful night out for outdoor dining. Overall just a lovely evening meal. A real neighbourhood gem.

    This was my second time to dine at Lokma. My friend and I shared the beet salad. The Labne is a great addition to the beet salad in place of the more typical goat cheese. I was tempted to order the Wild Alaskan Halibut entree which is served with pearl couscous salad and mashed potatoes but I was not interested in the pearl couscous salad. I probably should have asked if I could swap that side for a different one, as our server was great and it would not have hurt to ask. I ordered the Braised Short Rib entree which was good, although I would have liked a little more of the jus. My friend had the Karniyarik (eggplant stuffed with ground beef) - I had a taste of it and it was excellent. For desert we shared the Revani which was very good - the cake was pleasantly light. I had a glass of the Rose, which I also enjoyed. Parking for a 6pm reservation was very challenging, so do leave yourself plenty of time to find parking if you are driving.
