   Service was great even though it was a busier night. Food was delicious. The table guacamole is pretty fun since they make it right in front of you. The house hot sauce was AMAZING!!! Will go back :)

   The coffee refills of the very small cup of coffee cost $5. This alone means we won’t be going back to Lone Star. The chips and salsa that used to be free, now cost $10. The music was so loud that it made having a conversation difficult. We had gone out with our four adult children, so we had wanted to talk to each other. The service and food were very good.

   The restaurant was not busy at all. We had a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. We stood at the hostess desk for over 5 minutes before the bartender came over to welcome us. He said he would get the hostess. Again, we waited. Finally the bartender came over again and sat us. People coming in after us also waited at the desk. Once seated, our server was great.

   Our server Jeff was fantastic! Love the ambiance and design of this restaurant. Food is good for a chain restaurant, but a bit on the pricey side for the quality. This location has no interior walls, so sound flows through the entire restaurant without a buffer and can get quite noisy. On weekends they have a DJ that starts at 7pm, so if you’re hoping for a quieter meal, keep that in mind and go earlier.

   Food was good. Noise too loud, my husband couldn't hear us talking. My daughter didn't like her enchilada. I liked my chicken fajitas ok.

   Worth a try. Much better than the old Lone Star version of itself. Food and service were good. Only recommended improvement would be with the coffe whicch was warm and weak. Would be better if they could brew it themselves rather than relying on a Nespresso machine, but this is a minor quibble.

   Music way too loud; like you are at a club. Could not even speak or hear the person right next to you. Apart of the inappropriate music/language for younger dinners (we had our 7rs old niece with us) that we spoke to the manager about. Our server was amazing and so patient; yet you could sense that she was frustrated. When we first were seated there was an entire hockey team seated on the floor in a circle in the middle of a busy restaurant?? Why, I will never understand some parents - regardless if they are a team - wait until you get back to the hotel. Other then that, the food was good; although we sent back our dinners for a later time as we had originally requested to get thru our appy's. Again no fault of our server, but the kitchen not heading to instructions.

    This was our first time dining at this location and we were very disappointed. To start, we expected the free chips on the table like typical Lone Star restaurants and we were told they don’t do that anymore. So instead we ordered the guacamole for the table. After waiting quite awhile and flagging down our server, he told us it accidentally went to another table. When we asked why we were never told or given another one, he said he didn’t know and that was that. He didn’t offer to find out or rectify the situation. That was beyond disappointing. Then our food came and it was just okay. It wasn’t delicious or amazing. The only great thing was the drinks to be honest. And the ambiance was beautiful. Overall, we left feeling unhappy because we were excited to have a lovely NYE dinner with our loved ones and that didn’t happen. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this restaurant.
