   Very dissatisfied with the service and the meal. Four of the six dishes served was cold. Two had the wrong sides. The waitress promised corrections that didn’t happen, including bringing salt and pepper to the table. No effort offered to mitigate the problem. I would not recommend this restaurant and will never return to Lone Star in any location.

   Was visiting with a group of 20 and severe food allergies. Memphis and the head chef were absolutely phenomenal finding something that would work. They were totally amazing. All food was delicious!

   We ordered 8 meals, 4 fajita dinners were all cold, we asked for extra vegetables instead of rice which we did not receive and 2 fajita meals were on lettuce wraps and we received 3 very small leaves wilting over the bowl. One fajita bowl did not come at all, we had to ask for it and they brought it but said it was sitting under a heat lamp and it was cold. Our bill was over $300 and we left hungry and very unsatisfied. We travelled a long distance to eat there. We are not complainers but this was terrible.

   We went to try the wing special on Wednesday nights. We have never tried the wings there before AND we will never return again for the wings or the food. The size of the wings were pathetic....very tiny and not much to them at all. As well, they were overcooked and tasteless. We had ordered 2 different flavours and both really fell short on taste. When we tried to get the server's attention, she was constantly not within the area to get her attention and it wasn't that busy. We left in disgust and went to a local pub restaurant afterwards in our town where they truly knew how to do wings and flavor!! So disappointing!!

   We went in and ordered our drinks which was fine. I ordered a burger, so did my buddy after waiting for supper the burgers arrived just to find out that they were smaller than a fast food place the bun look like it was three days old this is supposed to be a classic burger, and to boot very dry, I sent it back and told them my thoughts they told me they would make me another one ASAP after waiting 15 minutes. Another burger arrived just to hear from the manager that the burgers were frozen and she hoped this one was better while this one was not any better very disappointed, I don’t think I will be going back to Lonestar . They comped us for the burgers, butyl pay $19 for a burger, and it arrives at your table like it just came off the neighbours barbecue. It was absolutely horrifying and very dry to boot and I was told by the manager that they had no burgers so these were frozen, so why would they even attempt to serve you a burger poor service poor quality overall poor experience very disappointed

   It was not a great experience. We arrived in mid-afternoon and there were very few other patrons (1-2 other tables), however our meal took a long time to arrive (we arrived at 3:30 and we received our meals at 4:30). We weren’t in a rush, but felt ignored and weren’t offered any explanation/apology for the delay or a chip and salsa refill to hold us over. Food was delicious but service was very slow and disappointing.

    It was one of the worst places I ever been. the fruit flies were the added touch at the bar area near the draft beer spouts. I been to the one at the airport ( Pearson ) and that place is amazing but this restaurant, just incredible how this place is still running. never again!!!
