    The waiter took too long to bring the food. We usually eat within 75 minutes. It took over an hour to just receive our entree.

    We had dined there in the past and we loved it. Went on Christmas Eve and they had changed the menu. Food was lukewarm warm and horrible. They typically have filet mignon, but had taken it off the menu for the holiday. It was only available as a surf and turf. Will not go back which is sad because it used to be one of our favorite places in Hawaii.

    Wanted a quiet evening dinner but the Polynesian show was happening across the lawn. Must make a later reservation next time.

    Service and food always good, but zero of 25+ visits so far have they honored or tried to honor my seating requests made in advance, even though they seem to be open. Also, no kamaina because it’s Christmas?

    Delicious and excellent food! Lobster Benedict is some of freshest I have tasted. Don’t be afraid to finish off with the chocolate cake!
