   Lack acknowledgment of anniversary. Staff needed more training. We’ve come to this location for 10 years. Felt unappreciated. There has always been a difference between Longhi’s and Longboard’s with the service but not that night. At price point of Longhi’s there are expectations and they weren’t met.

   My wife and I had a wonderful experience for dinner! She had the Shrimp Risotto, I had the Shrimp and Scallops both were wonderful. For an appetizer we enjoyed the Zucchini Fritta, and we tried the Sicilian Mait Tai (fabulous!) and Buddha’s Time (delicious!). For dessert we had the Caramel Knowledge which was amazing! The staff was friendly, attentive, and fun! I would definitely recommend making this part of your experience!

   At this dinner they told us that the 4 tiny pieces of bread was all we were going to get. Refills now cost. The week before, refills to the bread basket were automatic. The bread did not even come warmed and wrapped. And they did not tell us this until we asked for a refill. Those little pieces of bread could not have cost them more than 20 cents. At their prices this should not be an issue!

   We made a last minute Friday evening reservation here when our Aulani Resort Luau was cancelled due to a sudden persistent rain shower. Things were a bit chaotic due to the rain causing a rush of people to Longhi’s, but we were still seated at our reservation time. Longhi’s is within walking distance of Aulani, and we had enjoyed lunch there a few days earlier. I was missing my ballcap, and we asked the waitress if she could check it it had been turned in. She came right back with it in her hand! Despite the busy evening our dinners arrived in a timely manner, and were excellent. I had clams with linguine and my wife had the lobster and seafood pasta dish. The rain had stopped and we really enjoyed the open air view of the palm trees, green grass, and Pacific Ocean. Also, although the restaurant is located in a Marriott resort it is owned by locals.

   3 of 4 dishes were excellent - probably just bad luck, as entree was still good, just not as good as other entrees. Beautiful location. Absolutely would go again.

   Food was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing. Service was OK. Server was rushed, and barely civil. Not very attentive and even the ones that delivered our food (not our sever), kind of just plopped them down. They all seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

    Corrine our waitress was so amazing. The food was awesome except the Loco Moco patty had no taste. The Home Potatoes I didn't think that was fries. The Filet was amazing however sooo small and flat. The steak with the hollandaise was a great combo. The Lobster Benedict amazing. Salad so great. The French toast just amazing. Mimosas amazing.
