Located in the Apex Mountain Resort Village, Longshots Steakhouse provides an intimate dining experience for everyone - a perfect get-away for celebrations, date nights or simply gathering with family or friends. Open since 2022, Longshots Steakhouse has become a popular destination for visitors to the resort. Reservations are recommended, but not required - our small, cozy bar area is a great place for a handcrafted cocktail to start or end your night!

Reservations are now available for the 2024/2025 season! Looking forward to seeing you starting Dec 20th!

    The 3 course meal with the filet mignon steak was delicious. The pork belly appy, was amazing. We had one person in our group upgrade to the Tomahawk steak and they were quite disappointed in it. Asked for medium and got medium rare, with a lot of rare parts. The filet mignon is the cut to get. The service and atmosphere was great.

    since it was the last night for the season they were out of lots of stuff and without warning….. no gratin so gross mushy cold potato’s, no bordelaise sauce, no grilled shishito sauce, no broccolini so half the entree was missing but yet the same price!! super disappointed when your spending 300$ for two people and missing half your dinner :( service was outstanding though!

    Longshots steakhouse was very good. We ski every year at Apex and the last two years we have noticed that the Gunbarrel saloon has disappointed us. We used to look forward to the Gunbarrel but this year and last year the food took a long time during lunch time to get to us and the food quality and selection has gotten worse. There was a private event in the other dining room on Wednesday around noon which was probably the cause of the slow food service. Please block tables if the chefs can’t keep up with the food preparations. My wife and I almost cancelled our Longshot’s reservation due to the decline of the Gunbarrel saloon. To be specific, out meals at the Gunbarrel on Wednesday 21 Feb were not very good (Fried chicken sandwich and the French Dip sandwich).

    Service was excellent, our server was happy and easy to talk to. The food was over the top, steak was in my top 1%, the only thing we found expensive was the price of liquor, $21 for a glass of wine is alot. All in all I would recommend to anybody. Fantastic night

    Fine dining at its best⭐️ Had to keep pinching ourselves about this calibre of dining being at Apex! Wonderful to see GM Kevin mastering his craft. He is as good as it gets!
