   Mediocre review likely does not reflect on the establishment, but Lopez webmaster and Open Table really messed up. Reservation link on Lopez website links to Open Table. Restaurant had Dia De Los Muertos event, so reservation was not valid, and when we did get seated outside we found that regular menu was not available and limited food selections were on the event menu. We were really looking forward to our evening at Lopez, but left without dining and left very disappointed.

   Was looking so forward to experiencing Lopez since I was a super fan of Lopez y Gonzalez way back in the day! We made reservations to celebrate Sweetest Day & chose to sit at the bar. We were seated directly across from an open pull down door to the outside patio. It was quite brisk outside making the inside temperature at the bar quite uncomfortable. A woman sitting next to us had a wool winter coat on & finally asked the staff to kindly close the door. We were surprised it was open in the first place. The staff seemed completely unfazed that this would obviously be a customer dis-satisfier. We were excited to try the blood orange Margaritas as this was a first for us. For $15 each, they were underwhelming. For entrees I had the chicken verdes selection for $21, & my fiance had the pork offering for $31. Although the food was delicious, we agree with the other reviews that this is significantly overpriced compared to most Mexican restaurants. The noise level is excessive & we literally could barely hear each other talk even though we were sitting next to each other. The staff seemed excited to tell us about the upcoming move in November to the former Flipside space in Chagrin Falls. Given everything mentioned, we're undecided if we'll be returning...

   The HappyHour specials were unique , tasted delicious and were a great deal. The soup was a generous serving and very good. Would definitely go back again.

   We had a reservation for 2 people at the bar. The bar was busy. Fortunately there was options for us. There were reservation signs behind the bar but they weren’t in place for us. What is the point of making a reservation at the bar if spaces are not designated?

   The Scallop appetizer was delicious and cooked perfectly! We had a swordfish entree and the skirt steak entree my husband and I both completely enjoyed our meals, the margarita’s the food and the service, everything met all of our expectations.

    Cozy little place. Chairs were wooden with no Padding, only 3 tables occupied so noise level was low. Food was surprisingly good, but a bit on the pricy side
