   We are repeat customers, and, as always, the food is quite good. The service was OK, but seemed a bit discombobulated. That being said, we will definitely be back!

   Gabriel was outstanding in handling the large party we had. Any issues that arose were addressed immediately, which contributed to a memorable experience for all. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her BDAY and it was many of our first time @ Los Jefes. It will not be our last...

   Our server Maya was amazing! The brunch menu was nice and tasty! The Bottomless mimosa and margaritas special( 5 limit) was on point.

   I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. The advertisement for bottomless mimosas was misleading. When we ordered, our server informed us that the bottomless mimosas were limited to five servings. Additionally, we were surprised to find charges for refills on the bottomless mimosas, which was not disclosed at any point during our visit. When we addressed this issue with the manager, he seemed unaware that there was no clear communication in the restaurant regarding additional fees for bottomless mimosas or for flavored mimosas. To make matters worse, another server, who was not our designated server, intervened in the situation by presenting a bar menu to our group. Unfortunately, the menu was for margaritas, not mimosas, and this led to further confusion and frustration. The interaction escalated into a loud argument, which was unprofessional. The situation took an even more troubling turn when this server called the police and falsely claimed that one of our group members had pushed her, even though it was her coworker who had pushed her first. When we suggested reviewing the security footage to clarify the incident, the server changed her account of what happened. This experience has left us deeply disappointed. The misleading advertisement, the lack of transparency regarding charges, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff have led me to believe that this establishment is not operating with integrity. Furthermore, the slow service compounded an already frustrating experience. I hope that you take these concerns seriously and take steps to ensure better communication and service for future guests.

   The music was too loud, and I could not hold a conversation. The waiter was attentive, but the service was slow. Cocktails are not handmade. We left I was hoping for a nice meal but did not take place.

   It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been here and I won’t go back. Our food was good. The hostess was very friendly as was the runner from the kitchen who brought our food out. They were actually the ones the made our dining experience better. We asked several times for drink refills, sweetner for the tea, an extra plate and napkins from our waitress and never did get them. The hostess and runner were helpful and brought these items to us. Our party consisted of 4 adults and a 4 year old and I was surprised to see that a 20% large party gratuity had been added to the bill. I considered speaking to the manager which is something I never do but he had been at a couple of other tables that had complaints and actually argued with them. There are too many other places in this area to eat where the experience and atmosphere is better so in the future I’d prefer to spend my money at those establishments.

   The mahi mahi on the fish tacos was extremely "fishy" and the shrimp on the grilled shrimp salad were so bad that the entire table of 7 could smell them when it was brought to the table. We ate before the dinner rush and only had two other tables seated at the time, however service was very slow. By the time the last person was served, the first person had already finished their meal.
