We had a great waitress. She went overboard to make sure our experience was good. She kept coming back to the table to be sure.

Very busy Friday night. Combo appetizer was great. We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and 2 pasta dishes. Pasta was hot but pizza’s were lukewarm

We were celebrating our son’s 6th birthday and he only wanted Lou’s. We’ve been to other locations previously, but this was our first time at the Lakewood location as well as the first time celebrating a birthday there. All staff were pleasant and our server was phenomenal. She really made our son feel special and was genuinely interested in getting to know him. This is particularly important to us as our son is gifted and his personality, interests, maturity is that of a 10year+ old, not a 6 year old, which often surprises strangers. This beautiful quirk did not phase her one bit. In fact, she was loving the interaction. So, thank you so much for making our son feel like The King of the Day that he very much deserved!

Our waitress was amazing, it’s been years since I have been to Lou’s. And it was like I never missed anything. Food was outstanding and our service was so good. Definitely taking my family back.

Service was fine along with the pizza. The tiramisu was extremely overpriced for the size and just ok to boot. The biggest complaint was the cleanliness. A fork and plate at our table were dirty. And there was a family with small kids who were very loud, ear piercing screams, no fault of the restaurant but highly rude of the parents allowing it. They left behind a huge mess on the floor of food and crayons that the staff never cleaned up that we saw over the next hour. So between that and the dirty dishes it was disappointing. Not to mention the host wearing sweat pants. That is not professional.

It was a great experience. So happy I was able to order ahead of time so food was ready shortly after being seated. Service was exceptional. Food was exceptional.

Overall disappointed. I made a reservation and explained that we had a toddler and 3 year old. It was a birthday celebration. We pre ordered the pizza and arrived on time. We were seated upstairs (I’m 68) and when we asked for a table downstairs (the dining room was EMPTY), there was an uncomfortable hesitation to accommodate us. So we climbed the stairs, were seated and learned there were no bathrooms on the second level. Really? What didn’t you understand about us having children and senior citizens?? So we had to go back downstairs to use the bathroom. Then climb back up again. The pizza was tasty but COLD. Like it had been sitting around for a while. The thin crust was especially hard and cold. Like eating pizza a day after. The waiter was quick and courteous. Service was excellent. Overall $100 for “meh” pizza was not a good value. Disappointed. It was obvious that no one had bothered to read my Open Table notes. Wake up folks or you’ll lose us to lots of other pizza alternatives in our area. Or maybe your actions are just an indication that you just don’t care.

Our Family of 10 had a great time in the Silo room with the round table! We had Josh as our server & he did a wonderful job taking care of us!
