   We had a food allergy and they were so helpful. They checked multiple times and mentioned it as the food came out. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Our first Chicago Deep dish was a fantastic experience!

   Had to wait 45 minutes past my reservation time to be seated, even though I received a text that said my table was ready, and I checked in with the hostess at one minute past my reservation time. Once seated, we were asked to move tables, had to flag down wait staff to get any attention or service due to number of very large groups who were prioritized over our small group. Wait staff was very kind and polite. Pizza was tasty but luke warm by the time it was delivered to us. There are many selections for good pizza in Chicago so no need to return here for more poor service.

   Had to wait more than 30 minutes to get seated. We had a reservation for 7:45, got seated by 8:25 and finally left at 10:00. the food was not good at all! First time, last time!

   Thin crust pizza dough was uncooked in the middle. Still charges us for the pizza although 2/3 of the pizza was uncooked and inedible. Drinks were never refilled except when bill was brought although pizzas alone take 35-40 minutes to be brought to table. Regular deep dish was very good and wings and salad were great. Service was honestly poor compared to other restaurants in the city.

   Large and small wine have exactly the same amount. They look different only because they put the large in a different shaped bottle. I know because we tested this. They charge for nothing. Very disappointed. Food was decent but the server was overwhelmed and seemed to just want to get us out of there asap.

   Great pizza, super nice staff. We had a party of 9 and they were very attentive, even on st Patrick’s day weekend. There was a mishap with my pizza and they were very apologetic about it and truly went above and beyond to correct the issue.

    We waited 45 minutes for our pizza, which was fine, but when it arrived it was not hot at all. The waitress never appeared to our table to see if we were happy with our meal. We have eaten here before but in the future i do not feel we will return. The crust had zero flavor and it is to have a butter crust.
