Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is a high-energy Italian eatery located on E Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Louie Bossi serves delicious house made pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course, Chef Louie's famous house cured salumi. Mostly at not that much fault of the server, we felt she was not properly trained. Only stood on one side of the table to take orders. Leaned over one patron to take something out of another’s hand. Was not quick to fulfill needs, getting a glass of ice for one patron. Food was served without cleaning empty plates and served a new glass of wine without clearing the empty glass nor took other empty glass on the table.

Had a lovely business dinner here with visiting colleagues. Outdoor seating is open yet cosy. The menu is large and the food is fresh and delicious.

Great indoor/outdoor establishment right by Mizner Park that serves excellent Italian food and wine. You must have one of their many pizzas and salads as appetizers and continue with a variety of pasta selections. Nice portions and delicious. Our new favorite place for Italian fare.

I’ve been her many times and mostly food is good. I had the ribeye tonight and it was the worst piece of hard old garbage I’ve ever had. I’m shocked still. I would never make a big deal with the guests I brought but seriously you guys suck.
