    Love this place. Drive 25 miles to eat here regularly because it’s my favorite restaurant in Orange County.

    We are locals and eat here quite often. However on our last visit the service wasn’t up to their usual standards. Our server was perfectly nice but he obviously had too many tables. Luciana’s needs to have more staff available for the holiday season.

    I really enjoy this restaurant!! Ambience nice and it makes it very comfortable. The food excellent. My waiter Francesco you will be very lucky if he was you waiter Very nice and helpful!! I would come back several times

    Started off a little rough with table not being ready and being told we couldn’t park in the street due to Take out Orders but once seated it was fantastic! 10/10!

    The puttanesca was again complex and delicious. The gnocchi classico sets the standard by which others are judged. The hostesses are charming and the wait staff is professional and the accordion player is the icing on the cake. We've been coming here for years and couldn't recommend it more.

    Everything was fabulous. When we arrived Valet was full but we managed a parking spot in front. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and Cesar salad. Both were excellent. This is our go to when we are in South County.

    Was initially disappointed upon arrival, our reservation request to sit inside could not be accommodated due to tables inside were unavailable. Reservation was made months in advance for we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we love the ambience of Luciana's. We were offered to wait if we wanted to sit inside which we were given no timeline or we could sit outside on the patio. I requested to speak to the manager to share my frustration. The manager Josh, apologized and shared that we were welcome to wait for an table inside or we could be seated on the patio immediately. We decided to sit on the patio because we didn't know how long the wait would be. To our surprise, the manager immediately came to our table, apologized again and comped us an appetizer and dessert of our choice. The food and service and Luciana's is always top notch and we were not disappointed. I appreciate the manager taking responsibility and rectifying the situation to his best ability.
