   We come here all the time and it’s always good. However be prepared to wait long on a holiday even with a reservation. I don’t mind waiting for my food if a cocktail is served timely. On Christmas Eve they really needed 2-3 bartenders. They had one extremely slow bartender serving the whole restaurant and anyone seated at the bar. Getting drinks took forever. That said food was delicious as always.

   This is the 3rd Christmas Eve dinner we’ve spent here and was shocked by how horrible the experience was. The hostesses were entirely discombobulated when we arrived to a lobby full of other diners waiting to be seated for their reservations. We were sat 40 minutes late for our reservation, then it took another 20 minutes before we’re acknowledged at the table. It was truly one disappointment after another. There was not one positive thing to note. It appeared that the restaurant was entirely understaffed. We only saw our waiter when he took our order and again when it was time to drop off the check. It took forever to get a basket of bread, drink orders filled, our food. Our entrees were incorrect and there was no one around to speak to. Not to mention, no steak knives were provided for the meat entrees and one guest was left to hack into her steak with a butter knife. Even the most mundane hospitality of refilling water glasses was neglected. The ambiance was awful, they didn’t have any background music on to lighten the mood of fellow diners sitting in silence with their arms crossed waiting food, drinks, etc. I truly don’t know what happened. All our previous dining experiences here had been delightful and delicious, which is why we thought to make this our Christmas Eve tradition. Not only will we never return for Christmas Eve, we will never return or recommend, period.

   My wife suggested we try a new brunch spot, and we decided on Luciano’s. The brunch menu featured a variety of classic dishes; I opted for the French toast, while my wife chose the waffles. Both were absolutely delicious, leaving us completely satisfied by the end of the meal. The festive Christmas decorations were nice. We’re looking forward to returning to explore their dinner menu!

   It was my first time at Luciano’s, and my friends and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with the festive Christmas decorations and the fireplace created a cozy ambiance. For apps, I ordered the grilled lamp chop lollipops, which was incredibly flavorful. Then I had the scallops with butternut squash risotto which were both plentiful and delicious.    I took my team out to Luciano’s for an end of year celebration lunch! We sat in the room with the bar and we had an excellent meal that was both high quality and not rushed. The noise level in the room was very good and we did not have trouble getting understanding the conversation. Our group started with appetizers fried calamari and burrata with tomatoes and peppers. This was followed with entrees of the halibut from the main menu, veal milanese with greens and veal franchise with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Everyone enjoyed the entrees and we remarked that the portions were generous. Our server was professional and attentive and offered our choice of how fast we wanted our entrees to be served after the appetizers. We had plenty of time to talk and have a good time! Thank you to the team at Luciano’s.

   My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner here. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was truly exceptional. This wasn’t our first visit, and as always, it exceeded our expectations. Each time we dine here, it’s an absolute delight, and this experience was no exception!

   I visited with a few friends for Friendsgiving, and the experience was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the seasonal drink menu added a festive and fun touch. The service was outstanding—our waiter was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It's always a pleasure to return to this spot, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

    We go all the time for dinner and dinner is excellent but more expensive. This time we went for their new brunch which was OUTSTANDING! I had the chicken and eggs wrap, son had eggs benedict and avocado toast, wife had pancakes. They were great with my 2 year old as well. Brunch is worth checking out.
