Allow us to guide you through a culinary adventure with a menu composed of signature sashimi and nigiri dishes, curated with ingredients sourced from Portugal, Scotland and Spain. Please find our full menus on our website. Please note that you will be charged the full menu price on the day alongside any extras, drinks and a discretionary 12.5% service charge. During the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a house cocktail on arrival followed by learning how to master a classic cocktail then a bespoke cocktail of your own - delicious results assured, no matter the spirit, style or taste preferences! On the way, you’ll pick up a bit of cocktail history and develop your knowledge of the fascinating world of spirits. It’s all complimented with a fabulous platter of snacks to share.
