    We were quite disappointed with the service. It took them an hour to come after we got there to take our food order. And we had to still flag him down. Service definitely needs to be better. Our server would walk by but make no eye contact. The food was good and so were the drinks but had it not been for that, I would have given this a 1 or 2 star rating.

    Very very overrated restaurant living completely off its brand value. The food is at best average, but bland and tasteless. The environment is noisy and the service is curt. Beyond this, it is overpriced, demonstrated by the fact that only visitors to London go to eat there, which is why it was quite empty for a Friday night. I rarely write reviews, but it is important that people are aware that this restaurant is not good and needs to improve on everything - it is lazy and living off the name.

    Just had a lovely mid week evening meal at the Lucky Cat. Food was lovely and Rue was an awesome waitress. Wife and I loved it. The mint/basil ice cream at the end was genuinely new culinary experience.

    Our drinks were very late arriving we had finished our starters and then had to ask again for our drinks. My partners main was cleared before I had finished.
