   The food was yummy- pizzas. We were celebrating bdays but we’re not celebrated. We kept seeing sparklers roll by but for others lots of birthdays apparently. .

   I made a reservation for 8:30 p.m., however, when my friend and I arrived, we had to wait around 20 minutes just to be sat at our table. At first, a very lovely server introduced herself and provided us with menus. Nevertheless, a different server came by not too long afterwards and said she would be the one helping us that night. Upon inquiring what she recommended, she did not seem to have any liking to the options in the menu, limiting herself to say what was "most popular." Fair. We ordered a drink, which was delicious and by far the best thing about the whole night. Our food, however, took forever to arrive. It was 9:55 and we had not yet been served. We ordered the vodka rigatoni, which although made with a delicious sauce, was badly undercooked. We had been waiting so long for the food, it made no sense to us to send it back. If this is the best or most popular item on the menu, as the server indicated, then the bar is rather low. Ambience was nice, most servers were attentive to their tables, and music choice was great. As to everything else, and especially for the price point of the food and drinks, there are much better places for a dinner out in London.

   Brie and truffle pizza were amazing. Truffle fries too. I don't recommend the sangria. It's a fun place to go with friends, but the music gets louder as the night progresses, so not a sit-and-chat kind of place.

   We have been to Lucy's several times and brought out of town friends. We were very disappointed. We arrived on time for 6:30pm reservation and waited 10 minutes for the table. It was WAY TOO LOUD, (music cranked and it was hard to hear anyone talk). From the time we ordered to when the food came, it was an hour. Our friends appie came with their meal, not before. The women's washroom downstairs had no toilet paper (including second roll) in any stalls but one. No hand soap in the wall dispensers, and the grocery store bought one on the counter container had a smidge left in it. It was almost like they weren't prepared for a Saturday night. I went back to the table and spoke to a staff member behind the bar and let them know about the bathroom. They looked annoyed and did not apologize or thank me for the feedback. We had raved to our friends about this place and had completed a glowing google review the first time we came. This was very disappointing. I called and left a voice message with the restaurant asking for the Manager to call me on Tuesday, to share the disappointing experience when they re-opened, and no one called.

    Hostess tried to kick us out of a 2 hour reservation in under an hour and before the food arrived.
