Super disappointed that we tried this restaurant for Thanksgiving. Prime rib was over cooked (no pink), other items were not great, servers never checked on us, and forgot our drinks. Seemed there was no management of staff or quality control of food being served.

Wonderful experience from the front door throughout! The ambiance was 5 Stars. We made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner (night) and were greeted and seated quickly. The waiter (Devon) and his partner were great in explaining options and key items, including taking note of allergies at the table. The food options were great and plentiful. We started with crab fingers and Pork Belly over cheese grits. Followed by the Turducken with cranberry sauce, sweet potato souffle, and oyster dressing. The second plate of Turducken came with spinach, crab mac, and cheese, which were all very tasty. We were full and had to take our desserts to go. The wait staff was pleasant, attentive, swift, and responsive. I really appreciated the level of service and quality. I highly recommend it and will return when I am back in town!

Awful trust me go somewhere else. Try anywhere else, who outs tables in the lobby and increases capacity.

We typically love Luke but Thanksgiving was a bit mediocre. The $57 prix fixe was a bit limited, no veggies or salads. Oyster dressing was watery and the Mac nCheese not worth an up charge. Dessert was awful: a pink, overly sweet nut thing that still managed to be boring.

We were not told about the Thanksgiving menu. Would have preferred that. Our meal was EXCELLENT and our wait staff was too. However, I would have preferred their Thanksgiving menu items

My wife and I were really looking forward to dining at Luke on our first night out after our wedding, but the experience was nothing short of a disaster. While the food itself was decent, it arrived lukewarm, which already set a disappointing tone. But things took a serious turn for the worse when we ordered dessert—a bread pudding we were excited to try. When the bread pudding arrived, we noticed the spoon was dirty. I politely asked the server for a new one, and that’s when he tried to sneakily handle the issue. He took the spoon, walked away, and instead of actually getting a new one, he opened a drawer, wiped the dirty spoon on his jacket, and then brought it back to us as if we wouldn’t notice. To make it worse, he then leaned toward his coworker, whispered something, and laughed. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. My wife and I were both shocked. I immediately asked them to take the bread pudding back, and they scrambled to find a manager. Instead of offering an apology or any form of resolution, they just brought us the bill—which, thankfully, didn’t include the bread pudding. We paid, left without tipping, and left feeling completely disrespected. What was supposed to be a celebratory evening turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Between the cold food, the dirty spoon incident, and the complete lack of professionalism, Luke is a restaurant we will never return to. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience in New Orleans.
