Restaurant was not busy at all and the service was extremely slow. Would have loved better ambiance, maybe a little music. Our daughter’s food came way after everyone had finished their meals. They did give us a discount, which we appreciated, but they need to improve their service.

We had booked a table for the Christmas dinner far in advance. Upon arrival we were informed that the Christmas fixed menu was no longer available and it would take at least 50 minutes for any food to come. We were happy to wait and order from the main dinner menu; however, two of the dishes that we liked were not available. In addition they said there was no pizza and later a large family arrived, and as we were eating our dessert, we saw them bring out several pizzas super disappointing. They could’ve at least contacted us in advance to advise that the menu was no longer available.

We enjoyed this Beach Club so much more than one we visited last week. We were greeted by a smiling parking person - as opposed to a burly guard who wanted 300 pesos up front before we were offered a parking spot. Then we were greeted my more smiles. We asked to leave our gear at our table while we strolled the beach before lunch. When we returned there was a reserved sign with our name on it and our gear untouched. This is a laid back club with out pretentiousness. Staff are smiling, service was excellent and the food was delicious. All at "Reasonable Tulum Prices" We will be back.

We couldn’t have asked for a more chill, beautiful setting for our last night in Tulum than our dinner at Lula’s kitchen. Our table was right by the water, it was very relaxing, and the food was great. Our server was delightful as well. Highly recommend!

I loved that it was in the quieter section of the beach. My mother and I had lunch and drinks on the restaurant patio and then moved to the lounge cabanas to take in the sun by the beach. The food and drinks were delicious!

Excelente el restaurante delicioso y el Servicio de lo Mejor y rápido. Solo tengo queja del club de playa que es perfecto para leer o trabajar en la computadora, hay buena señal de internet solo que me tocó tener que estar parándome a buscar meseros para pedir mis bebidas, lo que me hizo no poder decir que todo fue excelente.
