    It had been really bad experience since the beginning. We arrived at time 8:25pm and there wasn’t no one to attend us. No host at the entering so we had been waiting if there any one that would show up but no one of course show up. So we decided to enter and look for the waiter maybe he could help us. But they were only 2 waiter, rudes on their way even when they were asking for our booking, that at the beginning they didn’t find… then they gave us a last table available that was inside, and it is so ugly inside the atmosphere and sad… but we seat just because was my boyfriend birthday. We were taking a look at the menu and the second waiter come to tell us that the chef is delayed so maybe we had to wait for so long like more than 1 hour for the food… so that sound really insane and we decided to move in an other place and we did and we spent the best time there I really recommend 4 elements. The experience is amazing and the food is so delicious too. Go and visit 4 elements on the 38th in playa del Carmen.

    It’s ok, used to better a few years ago. Food quality and presentation didn’t seem as good this time. Wouldn’t go back

    We enjoyed eating outside. The fish fillet was outstanding and the salad generous. We were a bit put off by the waiter who seemed to be not very interested in serving us, even upset by us for no reason we can think of, but focused on a young woman nearby! But we do highly recommend this restaurant.

    El lugar es un fraude, hicimos la reserva con el menú del lugar y llegando nos dijeron que solo había un menú del varios tiempos con un costo altísimo. Soy diabética y no puedo comer ese menú así que no cenamos ahí. Estas cosas deben avisarse cuando se hace la reserva y no engañarte para que llegues y te ofrezcan algo más. Pésimo

    La location molto curata e in un’ottima posizione vicino al mare. Il personale attento e cordiale e il cibo davvero buonissimo. Sicuramente da provare quando ci si trova a Playa del Carmen

    Luma Taverna provided me and my family with excellent food and a relaxing yet neat environment with welcoming staff and great energy. Our server was efficient and kind. The restaurant was very clean and felt safe.
