   Good staff and kind and responsive manager. Unfortunately food was exceedingly average. Entire meal was returned because it was at best lukewarm. Spaghetti Lemon was good not great and Bugatti was bitter. Extra Sausage was a tiny bowl of crumbled sausage with NO FLAVOR. We were so hopeful of a great experience particularly since it was an our anniversary celebration. Yet it wasn’t. So sorry Gidzy, I was looking forward to the experience since I heard of the restaurant last year and booked this as our first dinner for our return trip back to Scottsdale.

   Redemption. A return to Luna proved to be the experience I expected. Attention to detail, service from the staff, and an extraordinary culinary journey. Bravo

   This was our first time here and we were super excited to eat at chef Giada’s restaurant.  The ambience was very nice and the service was excellent, but the items are way overpriced for what we ordered.. $21 drink? $32 pizza?  Also my fiancé got extremely sick from the crab pasta dish...bad batch perhaps. Way too much lemon in everything!…even the cheesecake. The graham cracker crust tasted stale and lemony.

   Luna by Giada was absolutely great and delicious. The food was exactly what we imagined. Service by Teresa was awesome. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and our preferences. Only complaint would be that the cost for a Moscato bottle was very expensive for the alcohol percentage of 5%. We felt like it was juice for $55. Other than that, 9 out of 10!

   Our friend flew in from Austin to try this restaurant because she is a huge fan of Giada's and our first time trying this place was fabulous. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the ability to change dishes up to suit tastes, to the awesome recommendations from our waitress, the service is top-notch! Most of our food was delicious, however, a few of our dishes lacked enough sauce which made the al dente pasta difficult to enjoy. The seafood was perfectly good. We also thought the focaccia and pizza were a little too salty on the outside. The Caesar was also a little bit of a letdown as the dressing doesn't include the traditional egg yolk, so it tasted too cheesy for me. What stood out the most here was the service. We would go back and try more dishes, I'm thinking of the filet or the Florentine next time and of course some delicious prosecco! Giada's should be on your list to try sooner rather than later!

    We truly enjoyed this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Kaitlyn was an excellent server - so personable, genuine and truly loves Luna. We will be back!
