   I recently dined at Lyla to celebrate my birthday, and overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Starting with the positives—the service was absolutely 10/10! Our waiter was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the meal. Their kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to our celebration. However, the check-in experience left something to be desired. The lady at the front was a bit rude and abrupt, informing us that we needed to be out of our seats by 7:30 PM because another party was scheduled. This made us feel rushed, and unfortunately, that impacted our meal. Our food came out cold, but given the time constraints, we weren’t able to send it back. While the atmosphere and service from our waiter were great, the rushed experience and cold food were disappointing. I’d still consider coming back, but I’d hope for a more relaxed and welcoming experience next time!

   Food was not good, but everyone was super nice. They comped us a salad. Manager was very sweet.

   This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had for a brunch! The food was 10/10 all around, the drinks were good, the staff was friendly and easy to talk to the entire look of the place both outside, inside, the restrooms I absolute adore this place will be coming back to try their dinner selection. Completely worth trying out!

   Gorgeous restaurant with beautiful ambiance. If the service had been a bit more impressive, I would have given the extra star. Loved the whipped eggplant with puccia, I had the Lyla signature cocktail with passionfruit and loved that too. For a main, I got the spicy orecchiette and added shrimp. The flavor was spot on, but the sauce was too loose such that it was essentially soup at the bottom of my pasta bowl, but the flavor would lead me to order it again. It was fantastic. I was going to also order the Halibut— just to taste it and take home, but the server never asked if I wanted anything else. For dessert, I had the spiced apple cake. It was a bit underwhelming for me, but honestly, I think that other people would like it.

   Had a great evening with a party of 6. The only real drawback was the size of the tables and booths. It looks like 90% of them for designed for 5 people which feels like a really weird choice. The 6 of us had to squeeze into one of the oblong booths which was definitely not ideal. I would not come back here with a party of that size, despite the delicious food and great service.

   The food and the service was great. Just had to wait for too long to be seated. Reservation was for 8:15pm. We were there at 8:14 and wasn’t seated until 8:30ish.

    This place was super average and not worth the prices. Service was AWFUL, the restaurant first couldn’t find my reservation and told me I couldn’t be seated for my party of 5 when two of us were already there and the restaurant was empty. Food was not worth the price Overall 2/10
