   Wow! This experience was sensational. Our server, Harper, was so personable, attentive, and I have never received my food faster! The overall experience was amazing and I could not recommend it enough. 10/10

   Food and service were excellent! Valet parking was an excellent add on as finding parking in the area can be difficult.

   Today was a special event, as a mother of one of my colleagues was in the states for her very first time. We shared three dishes; the avocado toast, Caesar salad and margarita pizza. The restaurant kindly divided the avocado toast in the kitchen so we could share all of the meals. The avocado toast was delicious ! Perfectly cooked egg either a runny yolk, well seasoned avocado spread, with a perfect little side salad. The Caesar was expertly dressed/ seasoned and the Marguerite’s pizza was also good . Service was patient, kind and expertly handled ! Very pleased we could entertain in a venue that offered great service, food and hospitality.

   Went to M Italian to celebrate a Powerlifting Championship, as this is our go to spot for any celebratory reasons! We always request Titus’ section because we know the service will be great, but also the conversation! He always provides the best menu recommendations and as always, the carrot cake. Look forward to coming back again for a great dinner.

    We’ve been to M Italian more than 150 times since they opened. This is the worst experience we’ve had there so far. My glass of Paso Robles Cab was off. Service was slow and it took more than 25 minutes for our entrees to get there. My dinner was horrible…Pesto with zoodles. It was a bowl of watery sauce with no cheese. I ate it because I had not had anything all day and was starving, and the server never bothered to check how it was. I never saw a manager in the dining room either to speak with. At the end of the meal, I told the server how bad my meal was and she laughed, handed me the check/took payment, said “I thought there was something wrong based on how you reacted getting the check”., and just walked away. That’s all she said and I and my wife were dumbfounded. As we left, I asked to talk to the manager. He seemed to have cared less. We will never be back to M Italian and we’ll have a hard time gearing up to go to JoJo’s anymore either. They lost a great customer last night.
