Booked a table through Open Table but when arriving at the restaurant they had no booking for us and could not accommodate for over an hour eventhough I had rang 30 mins before to reduce the table from 5 to 3 and they said that’s fine.

Surprise package in the centre of Bath! Food was sensational – sparkling flavours offering a twist on the familiar that we will definitely return to savour. Great array of gluten-free options as well. Service was superb – warm and attentive without being overbearing. Was very quiet the night we went, but this was not detrimental. Fab place!

Made a booking through Open Table, a month in advance. When I arrived with my group of 8 we were turned away as they weren’t prepared for us. No explanation, they acknowledged a booking was made but they were not going to honour it, with no reason given. Busiest night of the year in the lead up to Christmas and we were left to find an available restaurant, but of course, there wasn’t one. Very disappointing.
