   Terrible Experience, Avoid This Restaurant I came to celebrate my birthday and it was a nightmare: 1️⃣ MISLED ABOUT PRICING - Menu advertised £48/£54 but staff FAILED TO MENTION many dishes had hidden surcharges. Scammy billing! 2️⃣ RUSHED & HARASSED - Staff pressured us to order every 10 mins (we arrived at 7:15pm, guests by 7:35pm). Lied that kitchen "closed at 8:00pm" – it was still serving later. 3️⃣ CASH NOT ACCEPTED - No prior warning. Only found out when paying. An overpriced restaurant that **squeezes money** from customers and treats them like burdens. Never returning! **WARNING:** Steer clear if you want a relaxed dining experience.

   I made a reservation for a Tuesday @ 4.30pm for 3 people. I asked that we sit outside but we were told they do not take reservations for the rooftop but instead ask to be sat outside on arrival and as it was a Tuesday afternoon we should have no issue. I made the reservation WEEKS in advance as I had family visiting and wanted a rooftop locked in for their ONE night in London. Well we arrived and the entire rooftop was booked for a private event with blaring music. We were sat inside on the most gorgeous day. No aircon, glass walls so it was like a furnace in there. So unpleasant and then the server insisted we all order 2 - 3 courses. If the rooftop is closed your should notify ALL bookings in advance and dont tell people there is the option to sit outside when there isnt!!!! It was such a waste of a beautiful rare warm Spring evening being stuck inside eating over priced average food. Dont bother.

   Have always loved visiting Madison such a perfect setting, unfortunately work was taken place so we couldn’t enjoy the roof terrace as expected.

   Wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking St Paul’s. Celebrating my friends birthday we were thrilled to be given a fantastic table outside which overlooked St Paul’s . Great menu choice and excellent setivde . We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and evening . A lovely touch and big surprise was the birthday cakes for our friend. This was the first visit for 4 of my friends and hope to return soon. Highly recommend

   Had a fantastic evening in the hands of the Madison team. Sat outside first, then moved indoors, nothing was too much for the team. Great food, bubbles, all good. Quickly becoming our favourite London restaurant.

   Fabulous roof deck restaurant with views of StPauls, the wheel and London. Decor of restaurant is also beautiful. Lots of tasty options on the menu and good selection of cocktails and wine. Friendly service and would highly recommend for the tasty food and views.

   My visit to Madison’s was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The food was unappetizing and poorly prepared, resembling low-quality pub fare despite the steep prices. Service was slow, disorganized, and riddled with mistakes—including errors with both our order and the final bill. The overall dining environment was unpleasant: tables were dirty and dusty, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. At one point, visibly intoxicated individuals were being escorted from the restrooms, creating serious concerns about the venue’s safety and oversight. Considering the cost, the quality and experience fell shockingly short. I would not recommend Madison’s to anyone seeking a decent meal or a comfortable dining experience

    The atmosphere is very nice. Our location was comfortable and the view was great. The service was timely and attentive. Everything served was as requested and the quality of the food was excellent.
