Magnus on Water is a cocktail bar and restaurant that features Peruvian-inspired comfort food from Chef Rafael Zimmerman. Bar Director Brian Catapang helms the Pinnacle Award winning cocktail program at Magnus, with rotating, seasonal drinks to compliment the big flavors of Raf's food. Sustainability is paramount to us, and we work with farmers & fisherman who are respectful of Mother Earth, while working diligently to minimize waste.

Our space is polished, but still intimate and cozy, and in the summer Magnus on Water has a large outdoor patio, complete with gardens and fire pits. We also have a private dining room for large parties and are available for full or partial event rentals.

Join us this NYE for dinner featuring a special Prix-Fixe menu! *Only available for reservations 5pm-9pm* Four course dinner with choice of starter and entree for $85 per person. Full drink menu will be available with special wine pours for the night! Reservations 9pm - Midnight can enjoy pre selected bites from the kitchen as well as our full bar and wine menu! Prosecco will be poured to toast at ball drop! *As we are opening reservations later in the evening, please note that we can not guarantee early dinner reservations will have the ability to stay until the midnight toast. Always a great experience at Magnus on Water! The Cocktails are creative but hit just the right notes. And the food is inventive but approachable and delicious! Ambiance and Service - just right!

Magnus is always a great experience. Food is complex and satisfying. Cocktails - we can’t get past the Couch Surfer, slightly spicy & in a beautiful glass. Service is helpful & friendly. Although we love the outdoor patio on this cold night we found the interior to be cozy & attractive. Thank you for a lovely experience; we will be back.

Magnus continues to excel at what is becoming harder and harder to find: flavorful unique food that is well prepared with a great vibe. The team behind it continues to do a terrific job.

The food is amazing! Great flavors, and perfect combination of spices! Very nice presentation for every dish! - The service can be improved. It seemed like there was only one lady hosting, and bringing the food, and most of the customers were waiting for a long time without any food on the tables. There was also a couple of tables with dirty dishes just seating there for more than half an hour. It would add a nice touch to bring a new glass when customers request a another drink, instead of pouring the wine in the same glass. - Since the food is South American, having some latin background music would make the ambiance a lot better.
