   Delicious food!! Great service. Guacamole and tamale outstanding. Best refried beans! We went for Mother’s Day! So pleased. Loved the frozen passion fruit pineapple and guava! We will be back!

   Great location, patio, and ambiance. Was excited to hear about a taco Tuesday deal and see some of the other weekly specials. Great cocktails. Felt they were a bit understaffed so didn’t have a lot of interaction with the server - but aside from one missed item, the order was accurate and food came quickly. The menu was smaller than expected, so we were disappointed to hear they were out of ceviche. The grilled chicken in the tacos and tamale was very bland/dry. Food runners occasionally brought us the wrong items and didn’t announce what they were bringing to the table, but seemed due to the high volume/busy environment. They were helpful in clearing plates and bringing new silverware when needed. Overall, it was okay and I would try again, but seemed like an off night. Felt very transactional- just dropping items off, quickly taking orders, and moving on to the next table. Would’ve enjoyed learning more about the food, speciality dishes, can’t miss items, etc.

   Best Mexican food in Charlotte, hands down. The house made chips and tortilla's are amazing, great views of the city skyline from their patio and everything I've tried has been truly excellent.

   Had to wait 30 min past reservation and the food had potential but lacked flavor. Lots of potential. We will go back. Unique for Charlotte!

   The drinks, food and service were all great and we loved the vibe of the space when we walked in! Unfortunately, even though I had made a reservation well in advance for 4ppl, we were seated at a communal table for 8ppl with uncomfortable barstools instead of dining chairs, located way in the back of the restaurant by the bathroom hallway and kitchen instead of in the main dining area. This definitely affected the ambiance and overall experience. That being said, we will definitely go back based on the delicious food and great service, but we will be sure to request a regular dining room table!
