   We had a terrific meal! Everything was so delicious including the “to die for” dessert. Highly recommended this dining experience. 👏🏼👏🏼

   Overall, the food was good at Major Tom’s, however I had a few issues with the restaurant. First, I don’t believe they should have restaurant seating immediately inside the entrance… this should be bar/lounge seating only. There’s a premium paid at the restaurant with an expectation of a view, which you do not get on the side immediately inside the entrance. Additionally, it is a very busy spot with guests coming and going, and staff constantly coming in and out of the kitchen. It is also bright, due to the lights in the hallway. We asked to change tables, and were told there was nothing available despite many open tables on the other side of the restaurant. The service was good, but not great. Food and cocktails came out quickly, however, wine took quite a long time. Overall, I don’t think I’d go back to Major Tom, as I feel there are restaurants that offer much better value and service in Calgary.

   It was a very busy night, but the food and service were great. The consistent high quality of the food is truly remarkable and is one of the reasons to keep coming back.

   My first time at Major Tom and it was an amazing experience. It was my birthday and the staff gave me a card it was really sweet and everyone was really nice. Overall an amazing experience and i really enjoyed would definitely recommend to others!

   We had a table for four with a great view. Everything about our evening rose to the occasion and exceeded our expectations. Service was prompt, friendly, professional and the food was impeccable.  Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it?  Absolutely! For us to get an equivalent quality out of city experience it would cost way more to fly to another city to get this kind of premium evening. No it’s not New York, Vegas or Chicago. But for a few hours, with a view like that and with great Alberta or Wagyu beef done exceptionally well, it’s just as good. No PST, no currency downgrade, And in that regard, it is a gem of a hometown bargain.
