   I made a reservation at 5pm to celebrate my daughter high school graduation. I showed up to the restaurant and it was completely empty. The doors were locked and not an employee insight. I called multiple times and knocked on the door. I waiting there till 5:15 to see if maybe someone would show up but no one did. Later on my daughter called the restaurant to see what time they opened and they told her we’ve been opened since 5. I just couldn’t believe that! My daughter was so excited to eat there and it completely ruined her mood.

   I been there for dinner where the service and ambience were okay. This time around, we went for brunch for Mother's Day. Everything was bad from service, food, to ambience, not worth the $66 tip when we saw our waiter 3 times, when she came to our table after we were seated, 25 minutes in to bring a glass of water—the again to take our order and the last time when I called her to get my tab. The tip of 66 was not the service we received. The rice on the camarones dios was dry and cold; we got the enchiladas plates without the side. When asked for the side of rice and beans, they were shocked; we even asked and brought it separately, 30 minutes after we got the enchiladas. Now the kid's nuggets with fries were cold, like they were done in a batch an hour earlier. Now they gave us a menu on the QRS code, but they only had 10 items from the whole menu. It was horrible for a 500-dollar tab, we can even say one good thing this time around if brunch is not the thing, don’t offer it, and by the way, our reservation was at 12pm and there was only 5 family so is not like the restaurant was packed for this kind of services

   Had a reservation for 2. Was seated promptly. It was slow at 5:15pm even for cinco de mayo. Took way too long to get our cocktails, which were unsafe due to dry ice being used, all while not having any water brought to the table. Queso appetizer is good even though we were brought the veggie option instead of the chorizo option we ordered. Chips and guacamole are also good. The food came out lukewarm at best. Service and experience as a whole was sub par. I don’t think this place/experience is worth the price point. It’s unlikely I’ll visit again. There were like two employees working on the floor. One waitress and one bartender.

   I do not recommend this restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted by a host and be seated. After being seated, it took another 30 minutes for a waiter to take our order. The food took another hour to come out. There was only one waiter for about 10 tables. Multiple parties got up and left.

   This one is really bad. From service to food quality there are so many better options for Mexican food. Really disappointing…

   The place was an experience for sure. The music was great, aesthetically pleasing spot. They were extremely understaffed when we went and we waited about 2 hours for our food (we had reservations there too). It would take a while to get our drinks as well. It was a nice place but don’t go there hungry cause you’ll be disappointed.

   Horrible server did not come to our table until we flagged someone down. When i asked about the airplane she stated it was expensive...I didn't ask about the price. Brought out water didnt come back to the table until she saw us starring at her. I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus(her recommendation) everything even the potatoes was cold told her that my food was cold her reaction and statement was are you sure... two other people that was with me food was luke warm. Literally only paid for drinks and guac. Would NOT recommend my dogs to get there then again they will probably get better service than us...
