At Manolo's Boutique Wines and Bistro, indulge in the exquisite creations of Chef Carmine, hailing from Napoli, Italy. Our menu features authentic Roman-style pizzas, alongside exclusive farm-to-table specials that change weekly . Each special is perfectly complemented by a curated wine pairing, refreshed weekly. We have Flamenco live music monthly on Saturdays and live music every Friday evening.

Join us for wine tastings on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, and savor our bourbon tastings on the first and third Wednesdays.

We are now open for Brunch Every Sunday from 12PM - 3PM

We offer special catering from a grazing tables to Roman style pizzas and we have a full bar for mixed drinks as well.
Private party facilities
We host private events up to 55 guests. We usually host bridal showers, baby showers and small intimate weddings. The house was Michaels for 20+ years and many Winton Salem Native have me memories of their wedding at this majestic place. We also have a private courtyard with several fire pits.

The atmosphere and the service was fabulous. The food was extremely lacking. We tried 2 appetizers and the 4 of us had entrees. The food honestly tasted like it was from a box. The salad dressing on Caesar was bottled no doubt. The pizzas were thick and missing flavor. The lasagna could have come from a microwave meal. The server and the space was great. This place is not going to last unless they make complete changes to their menu and food choices. We were all disappointed and also the price for what we got was ridiculous. Really wanted to like it. I hope they can make some major changes. We will not be back unless they do a 180.

We were delighted! The ambiance was old style elegance. The service was very professional and unobtrusive. The filet steak was the best I have had in years. Do not hesitate to make a reservation. You will be her hero for taking her there.

Manolo’s is a beautiful venue. It is a really good concept, it needs a little bit of tweaking to make it. The staff is very nice. It is a great place to relax and have a drink or two! 🙂

They had a wide variety of small plates and 2 nightly specials. We tried both the specials and they were delicious. The wine selection was very good. The waiter was very attentive. We will go back.
