                                          What a gem! This little restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Nestled in a cozy space that can accomodate about 10-12 people, it feels intimate and personal. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed yet special meal. The food was simply delicious. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients and beautifully plated. You can really tell that the chef put a lot of thought and care into each creation. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with amazing food and cozy atmosphere, this place is a hidden treasure.

                                          Amazing experience. The food was delicious, presentation top notch, service above and beyong. This is the new place to be in the Loiza street area.

Helmed by the talented Chef Martín Louzao and the creative genius of head chef Manu from Cocina Abierta, this restaurant offers an extraordinary dining experience. Every dish is a delightful fusion of textures and flavors that leaves you craving more. The attention to detail and fresh, locally sourced ingredients make each bite a memorable experience. The drinks are equally impressive, crafted with a rare level of innovation. Each cocktail is a journey of unique and refreshing flavors from the first sip to the last drop. Manzana de Java is not just a restaurant but a culinary artistry celebration. This place is a must-visit. Bravo to Martín Louzao and Chef Manu for bringing this vision to life.                                           Lovely restaurant- very small (15 or so seats) and each dish/drink was a hit!! The drinks menu is fantastic and out of eleven dishes, every one is something I would order again. Especially recommend the ceviche, empanadas, lavender tostones, and flan. I will be back!
