   I want to start off by saying we have been to this upscale Resturant several times but it’s been about a year ago. Boy have the dynamic’s changed. The younger crowd that filled the dining room on Saturday night was the main event. It looked like a playboy club instead of a fine upscale dinner venue. We found out they had a new Head Chef and we knew immediately from the quality of the food. Their signature Chicago cowboy ribeye was very thin and not a fine cut of meat🥩! It was not tender and a steak I would expect to be served at a local Denny’s. The mashed potatoes were runny. Brussel sprouts were good. Drinks good. We had brought some friends who were in from out of town and we were all extremely disappointed in our dinner experience at Maple & Ash Scottsdale. Needless to say, We will not be returning!!

   Food,was average to below average. But priced at a premium. I’ve had the dry aged tomahawk chop there before years ago and it,was great. But this time was below average. I could get a better steak at fry’s. Full of,fat. No flavor. Felt like I got scammed to be honest. Server didn’t even come by whole meal service to see how things were. Not a happy customer after dropping that much money for what we got.

    Amazing experience. If you have a loved one that has a birthday this is the place to go. They really make your significant other feel special! The service and the food were on point!
