   We wanted to try this spot. The inside is beautiful and there was a live band that created the perfect atmosphere for a fun night for a couple drinks and food. I ordered the bean burger. It fell apart due to the bun being more of an English muffin, and was eaten with a fork and knife instead of being handheld. Our dip was brought out a little like warm, so we had to eat it very fast, but the chicken and waffles my husband ate was delicious he said. It wasn’t a bad experience, but was pricey for what we received.

   The space is beautiful, and the live music is very good. But the service is non-existent. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks, before we even were asked for our orders. Then it was another 45 minutes before we received them. All of the staff except the lone bartender were hanging out in the kitchen doing whatever, while a restaurant full of people looked around wondering where the servers were, and where their food and drinks were. When we wanted to leave, we had to ask the bartender to literally poke her head in the kitchen to get someone to help us. It’s too bad, because the place is very nicely designed.

   This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had! The chef has to learn more ingredients don’t make the dish better. Blending ingredients is paramount for the construction on a dish. The Grilled salmon was disgusting, grilled in a mold and topped with a spicy citrus BBQ sauce and served with a corn chowder, fried onion rings and spinach! The flavors do not blend ! Beef schnitzel was triple breaded and was so tough that I couldn’t chew it! Served with some tasteless shredded root veg cake, no flavor!!!! Soup was tasty.

   We came for dinner as a party of 5. We expected there to be some wait as a group. We did not get out appetizer for one hour. We did not get our meals for two hours. There was then food forgotten and when the meals came out it was cold and undercooked. The staff did nothing to fix the issues. 10/10 don’t recommend

   The service was good. The staff is really nice. We felt like the plates were overpriced for the quality. I had the halibut and my partner had the ribeye. It was okay. Lacked taste. Unfortunately, our server made a few mistakes when it was time to pay our check. It wasn’t the end of the world, but we weren’t really compensated for that, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, its a cute place to have a drink, but I wouldn’t go for supper again.

   Pleasantly surprised! The bartender made great drinks including a Boulevardier making a fun show of it! Our appetizer of smashed potatoes poutine was full of flavor ( and we want another before we go back). Burgers were delicious. We went upstairs to the roof for a drink and the view is spectacular! Only suggestion is to get some more umbrellas or shade up there. Great place.

   We have been there 2 x’s and both times we had great food. Their small plates are really great and seem to change often. Both times we also had great music! Was really fun!

    Bar service way too slow. We finished our appetizers before our drink order appeared. 2nd round of drinks ordered when main course arrived, but didn't come until everyone was done their first course. At a minimum, the 2nd round of drinks should've been half-off. I know it is a new restaurant, so growing pains are expected. It was just annoying. That said, the food we very good. I want to recommend, but not yet.
