   Food was delicious. No bar tender for the first hour of eating was not ideal. But the servers professionalism made up for it.

   We were able to make a reservation for tonight and received multiple reminders and confirmations and when we arrived we were informed there was a private event and they treated us like we were morons that we thought we had a reservation! We are very disappointed! Thankfully we were able to get into a wonderful restaurant around the corner that was very welcoming!!

   I expected to pay premium prices for eating in Times Square, however, I don't think the amount was worth it. It was quite expensive for burgers and a kid's meal. The service was very sub-par. We waited nearly a half hour for a server to even come to the table. Then another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I asked for another drink when the food showed up and I didn't receive it until 15 minutes after I was done eating. For the prices we paid, I would expect better service. The food in itself was very good though. I just wish we didn't spend over2 hours for burgers and had my drink while I was eating.

   Very long wait time for food - and server seemed overwhelmed. We’ve eaten here every year / or popped in for a drink The photographer never came to our table and the statue show was so quiet - they didn’t dim the lights at all. Just not the same as prior years

   It’s really appropriate for children. The negative point is that time of waiting we have faced before having a table, 50 mins. Better to take this into account in your plan. Otherwise we enjoy the place.

   There was no towels to dry hands in the restroom. Restroom was dirty. Food was not edible.

   Made a reservation but still had to wait ten minutes. Went at 10:30 am to ensure we would make our train. Seating area was nice by the window. Restaurant was quiet. Waitress was attentive. Food is what was lacking. Food was a luke- warm. French toast was under cooked. Overall food was ok, would not go back again. Ladies bathroom had no towels in it.

   Late Sunday evening is a tough time for a busy Times Square restaurant - while the food was good, the service was slow and distracted, our order had to be confirmed twice because it wasn’t written down and a drink ordered was brought over halfway through dinner after we had to ask for it again. The roving photographer is over the top - unless I’m there for a celebration of some sort I don’t want to purchase photographs of my finished dinner. Enjoy a meal here for a birthday or an event, but I wouldn’t bother for a normal dinner.

    This year for our Christmas trip to New York City. My kids decided they wanted to eat at Margaritaville Times Square. We’ve always had great experiences at the Orlando location so we decided to give it a try. The host was very polite and accommodating. The servers were upbeat and genuine. The food came out quickly. My kids were raving about the chicken fingers, not so much the craft macaroni and cheese. My husband liked his cheeseburger in paradise. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. It was good but I wish I would have tried something else. The ambience was great, however we would have liked to see live music like at the other location. It Wasn’t as impressive as Orlando for it being in Times Square . Overall great family restaurant.
