   We had to ask 3 people for silverware. Our waitress had attitude. We received the wrong drinks. When we got up and walked around to find a manager for silverware (we already had our food) she was more interested in seating new tables. We will never eat there again and will discourage others from eating there

   The service was great but the food was not good at all. I ordered the jerk salmon which seemed like they splattered spicy ketchup on the salmon and brought it out. There was a slither of shriveled up spinach underneath and a huge bed of parboiled white rice that had absolutely no flavor what so ever, the salmon was also hard to the point that my fork had a hard time going through it. However, the chicken quesadilla that we ordered for appetizer was good. But who can mess up a quesadilla? I had high hopes for the margarita and was severely underwhelmed I ordered the fins to the left margarita and I’m sure I had better store brought bottom shelf margaritas at the grocery store than here. My expectations of this place may have been too high but if you’re gonna be called margaritaville I’m expecting a damn good margarita at the very least. It does appear that they do well with fried food like the seafood platter & burgers which was what my friend ordered. Unfortunately I would not come back, the prices of the food does not match the quality. But our server was great.

   Well-it was Times Square, which probably had something to do with our experience. I’m sure other Margaritaville locations are probably better. Check-in was disorganized. Food-meh. I wouldn’t rush back to this one. I got to see some Jimmy Buffett videos I’ve never seen. Margarita was descent-

   Había lugar pero muy desorganizado todo.gracias a open table exigí que me dieran una mesa. Muy mala onda de la recepcionista. Hubo un encargado que se encargó de solucionar todo pero difícil de volver. Cambió mucho la atención de la gente

   We made reservations here so we could have dinner before our Broadway show. When we arrived we learned that they don’t honor reservations and we needed to wait until tables turned over. We waited 25 minutes but because we had show tickets and the hostess didn’t seem to care whether we got seated, we left. We found another restaurant that wanted our business and accommodated us so we could make our show. Don’t bother with Margaritaville. The restaurant doesn’t seem like anything special and the staff clearly doesn’t care.

    Our food was awful and the price to quality ratio wasn’t worth what we paid. The drinks weren’t even decent.
