   The Server was less then then Good! She didn’t care she knew she was getting 20%, So no care was given! We are all Lawyers and Retired. Seems like she should have given a lil bit more! Although the Shining Star was the Guy behind the line he was Top Notch…………………….

   Our server Brandon was amazing. Attention to detail and customer service. My son had a great time with great conversation prior to going to CLUE. We will come back next time we are in Grand Rapids.

   Emma did a fabulous job making our 35th anniversary celebration unforgettable. She gave us complimentary champagne, mussels, a glass of wine, and our crème brûlée. Off the charts generosity with food that earns a 5 star rating! Thank you!!

   We where the first table to be seated. Waitress very good, order. Appetizer quick out and very tasty. Then a very long wait until entrée arrived, dishes were not other then barely warm. Indicating they had been sitting. Don't know what going on in usa, but this is a long working in Canada and we going to a music concert, so figured they up staff. We arrive hour before time to have a drink. Only 1 Bar tender swamped with people. Drinks were again very slow, but apologetic. Said it a full bar, although menu limited. When ask to do a Caesar, (canadian) tender was confused and unclear what to do. Then asked for a bloody Mary which i told is the usa similar.... Not close. Which not even close. I get and know for next time.

   As a featured dish for Valentine's night, they offered a surf and turf entrée with a langostina and baguette steak. My wife just preferred the seafood so we asked if the chef would do perhaps 2 of the langostina instead, which our waitress came back and said they would be happy to change. Well unfortunately when they presented her plate, there were 2 ridiculously small langostina that looked terrible plated. As my wife tried to make happy about her presented dish there was so little meat on these 2 that I mouse couldn't have made a meal of this! Without trying to ruin our whole dining experience, I shared my plate and wrapped up a poor dining experience to say the least. It shocks me to think the kitchen would send out a plate that presented so poorly!! I know they had a long evening for the holiday but honestly this was the worst plated meal I've ever seen. Will have to think long and hard before we go back.
