First return here since they changed location. Food was great and done to order. The flight of sauces really enhances the steaks ( which are as near to perfection as I’ve expected). This place is definitely back in the “rotation” here in Santa Fe!

Could this rival Geronimo one day? Different vibe but stellar experience. I’m from Texas and I know good steak, the wagu-ribye special was amazing. Get the onion rings with your steak. We had the smores for dessert and it was awesome. Great service… the only tip is I would like to sit next to my husband since it’s such a loud room. The way the tables are set up you can’t. We’ll be back!

Market Steer is our go-to restaurant for a special occasion—like Thanksgiving! The food is so well prepared, from the special turkey dinner to the best steaks to the yummy sides. And the service is big-city professional and friendly. We feel fortunate to have this dining experience in our community!

Amazing experience! Been to many high end steakhouses across the globe and Market Steer was one of our best family experiences; exceeded overall expectations. Our waiter, Russell was awesome and contributed to making our dinner memorable; Russel is kind, funny, all of the things, to make our dinner the best! Highly recommend the bone marrow appetizer ending the bourbon bone luge!

We had a night before Thanksgiving dinner here and it was very good. Service was friendly, drink was great, food was great. We will definitely keep returning. This time, and maybe just less staff because of holiday starting but It was a touch slow overall, taking about 2.5 hours for a meal without desert. I don’t mind a relaxing meal so it was fine with me but it seemed ironic when reservation rules mention a 1 hr 45 min time limit or such. And then we were given a recommended sauce (since we did not order any) which was great, but it was charged on the bill. I kind of feel that if given something not requested, it should just be a nice gift at that point.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and received excellent service along with complimentary champagne and ice cream. The food was truly outstanding. We will definitely return for special occasions.
