   This may be the best meal I’ve ever eaten. Wow. The steak was perfection. The sides were outstanding. Loooooved this restaurant. Beautiful surroundings. Ambiance lovely. Staff attentive and knowledgeable.

   Market Steer Steakhouse is an absolute gem in Santa Fe! From start to finish, the experience is incredible. The sauce flight is a standout it’s a unique and delicious way to elevate their perfectly cooked steaks. Every sauce is full of flavor, and it’s so fun to mix and match with each bite. And don’t even think about skipping dessert the bread pudding here is hands down the best in Santa Fe! It’s rich, perfectly spiced, and the ultimate sweet finish to an amazing meal. The service is attentive and warm, and the atmosphere is upscale yet inviting. We can’t wait to go back and celebrate Valentine’s Day!

   Market Steer is pushing our sleepy little hamlet, Santa Fe, into the foodie stratosphere. We'd already pretty much arrived, but with the A7 brand, the ambiance, the food, and the service, our reputation is soaring. We're no longer simply an art, hipster, skiing destination, but a flat out gastrophenom. Market Steer is delicious and delightful, and very popular. I feel dumb singing praises of a place that will increasingly be harder and harder to attend. Ah well, have at it. Sharing is caring...

   A gem in Santa Fe. We have other steakhouses in town, and sure, they're generally pretty good. Market Steer just kicks it up a notch. It's pricey, yes, but the service is commensurate. They go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your meal. No "you wanna save that salad fork?" business here. You're getting fresh utensils, buddy (as you should). Meat is high quality and cooked as ordered. Sides are delicious. Great vibe and decor, friendly staff, excellently prepared food.

   Thanks for letting us rate noise, important at this level of fine dining. best meal we’ve had this year. That includes Coyote, Compound and Izinami. Scallops and Sea Bass were especially good.

    We love Market Steer. It’s our third visit since summer and it wow’s every time. The bar is lively all the time. I really appreciate the attention given to the NA drinks. The service is the best in this pueblito; everyone from the front of house leadership at the door to the bussers who take the water order and check on you throughout the evening. We come for the food and it’s excellent: but, I wish the pasta with the lobster was more interesting than penne (toasted fregola, for example) and the strip were salted a bit more. Overall this is a restaurant we treat ourselves to when very we deserve it and we keep coming back for more.
