Tasty pre-theater lunch at Marseille. Hostess seated us promptly and we were waited on by our angel waitress Liza. Quick to pick up on our needs, she took our order right away and was attentive throughout our entire dining experience. Although a busy room her stewardship never flagged. Bravo. Food was satisfying although snails were small and needed more bread. Steak was tasty with crusted pepper coating. Only problem was the crust almost overwhelmed the steak. Salad greens could have been fresher. One highlight was the dessert. DELICIOUS berries with a marvelous scoop of caramel ice cream was a real winner. So good. It's winter in NYC. Cozy spot with snowflakes a bright reminder outside huge windows.
