   We had a wonderful dinner, honoring the life of our daughter, Gillian Ragan, who was killed by a 14-year-old boy on December 9, 2023. Everything was wonderful however, the only issue was anyone that passed our table ended up, hitting the back of my chair over and over again as well as my head. Though I know a restaurant could get very busy, servers must slow down when they are around larger tables as to avoid hitting their customers. Our server David was remarkable however he had so many tables that we ended up having to wait much longer to order our food.

   Great dinner and service. They had live music in the bar which was great, but it was way too loud and couldn’t hear our conversation.

   For a top-tier steakhouse, the experience was way below par. The food itself, was quite good, however everything else fell flat on its face. We had an outdoor table reserved for 2. They placed us in a corner on the patio -- far away from any of the many heaters spread across the rest of the patio. We were also seated next to the loudest possible group table that you can imagine. It was literally impossible to have a conversation without trying to yell over our neighbors. As such, we asked if we could move tables, citing the lack of heat. They said they would move one of the heaters over next to us to correct the issue. We had to ask multiple times and it took almost 30 minutes for them to actually move one. And then our food came -- it was delivered and set down on the table behind us. The waiter served up our side dishes onto the plates -- as they sat in front of the other couple. The other couple told them it was not their order, and then they brought our plates over to us -- which had already been served up to someone else! I may be wrong, but I am fairly certain that this is a violation of health codes in most places. The couple behind us who were served our plates were vaping the entire time. Even right in front of the wait staff. We also heard the same couple tell the waiter that they had never received one of their drinks. All-in-all, it was quite a disappointing meal for my wife's 50th birthday.

   Had an amazing anniversary dinner. Paul was a great server and his guys with him were awesome as well. They made sure that we had a special night. Food was amazing, service was amazing. Thank you Mastros.

   I personally think they should turn down the music so it's easier to visit over dinner. It was too loud. Also bring your flashlight to read the menu! The food, drinks and service were exquisite and one of my all-time favorite dining spots!

   Staff is great here- Ambience is awesome-Unfortunately the food was not as good as it use to be. We had the chopped salad, filet and asparagus. Salad was bland and the filet was not cooked as requested. We had to eat it as we had plans to move on. It was not a busy night at all so it was very disappointing to have that served.

   Best birthday dinner! Went with my family and got seated in a quiet cozy corner. I was surprised by a menu with my name and a happy birthday message. Drinks were great not rushed to order food. When we did order food was perfect! Cooked to our order and taste was amazing. The wine list offered many options and our glasses were never empty. Staff very attentive and so nice. My husband and I come here a lot but never as a big family. We have never been disappointed and like this place better than steak 44 or other high end steak places. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for a great experience
