   This rest it is not at all in the level of top 5 for its value neither service overall. No blame on the workers, they do what they can or are told to do. The food is “ ok “ but does not represents its value. Will not go again

   This was my first visit and it was NYE so the restaurant was understandably busy. Everyone was pleasant, and the food was fine but, I think our waiter had too many tables. I will have to come again and see how service is on a regular night.

   Enjoyed the night/experience but wouldn’t go back anytime soon. As someone who often attends Michelin-starred and recommended restaurants and has no problem paying for high quality service/food, I wouldn’t say this place comes anywhere near being worth its price (>$500 w/tip). Mostly it lacked the area of service, as our waiter gave off used-car salesman vibes, overly promoting certain dishes and laying on smarmy, obnoxious comments about great deals (i.e., missing the point of dining at a fine restaurant). Main issue, however, came about when my espresso martini spilled when the shaker came apart as I refilled my glass, and our server quickly jumped to the conclusion that it was my fault (even accusing me of not holding it firmly enough) when the shaker was old and faulty (not sealing properly or fully), which he did eventually realize and acknowledge. Again, not the gracious service I’d expect, especially when this messy incident happened because of lousy equipment and not user (guest) error. Although he tried to make it right by having his busser clean and cover up the spill, and bringing a replacement cocktail, it dampened the vibe and tarnished the server-customer relationship (which any regular restaurant diner knows is a key factor in how enjoyable a meal can be). Anyway, great place to see and be seen, and offers a fun bar for ringing in the new year, but not impressed by the service or overall menu offerings in comparison with the price.

   Wonderful New Years Eve celebration! They honored our request to sit at a round table and we had a fantastic time! Food was outstanding! Service impeccable. Thank you!

    I usually love Mastrio’s, but my experience was just okay, not great like I’m used to. It took them awhile to get us seated, it was noisier than usual, it took forever to get our sons their drinks, the kitchen and bar were slow even though it was late at night and the restaurant wasn’t that packed, and they don’t have great options for kids. We were a family of 10 celebrating my birthday, and for the $800+ we paid, everything should have been exceptional and it wasn’t. Our server was great and did his best, but he had 2 tables and we were a large party, it was too much. Hopefully our next visit will be a good as we’re used to. Overall, it was just okay.
