   Worst bone in ribeye I’ve had at that price point. Average onion soup. Good lobster mashed, and cheese cake.

   Reliable steakhouse experience in an uber LA setting. Service is excellent and incredibly well trained and versed in the menu. Excellent cocktails. Steaks are really good (cooked at 1500 degrees) and came out as ordered. Menu could be a little wider but that’s steakhouse typical. Pricey but good.

   This is our I don’t know how many times we have gone to Mastro’s. But are first time on a Monday as our anniversary was that day, however it was not busy of course but service was still perfect. Food was delicious side and dessert as well. Beautiful place great service and food.

   I had taken my friends to Mastros last year. Was really impressed with the food quality and service. Unfortunately I’m not able to say that for this visit. Allow me to first say that our waitress was top notch ! I am dumbfounded that the chefs could not tell the difference between rare and medium. The meat was raw. I notified or waitress to have the meat cooked a bit. The steak came back well done. Good grief! I will not be returning!

   Server was April and we enjoyed our meal and drinks. The spiels seems overly rehearsed and repeated but we enjoyed our experience. Would love a bit more discovery questions to ascertain our tastes before recommendations and spiels

   Worst steak in awhile and I eat at steakhouses 3/week on average. NY chefs cut. Business partner had same and said same.

    I go to Mastro’s because of the service. Like literally that they serve your food to you. Our waiter served all the tables around us but when our food arrived, it was just dropped off at the table. I was disappointed in Mastro’s this time.
