   Gary was absolutely amazing ! Great service! The food was superb. The steak melted in your mouth. It was an all around wonderful dining experience.

   Been to the Beverly Hills location several times. It's my favorite location because the vibe is very energetic. The food was overall great as usual. However, I must say, I was disappointed in two of the sides. We always order the fries and they used to be thin/crispy. The fries are much thicker now which is fine... But they were soft/limp with zero crispiness. When you're so used to everything at Mastros being spot on "just right", you're surprised when something isn't. The brussels sprouts were also underwhelming and it was the texture... overcooked and too soft.

   This was the first time I’ve had a subpar experience at Mastro’s. I sent back one dish due to it being so salt laden it was inedible. The tomatoes on my tomato and buratta salad were rock hard/under ripened and completely bland. I didn’t have the heart to send it back. I’d been looking to this reservation for quite sometime and was completely disappointed by the experience. 😩

    Fantastic staff, a little dark for my liking but great food and intimate for a date night. Loved the birthday dessert and really went above and beyond on service. A must try.
