   For all Mastros - charging for bread is ridiculous, When we dropping $200 at dinner. I get maybe u gotta charge the hos at the bar when that’s all they order but when we sit and order steak bring some fuxking bread. And stop being a place where hos are welcome. For this Mastros - if you have 3 people at host stand and it’s dead don’t leave me standing in the entrance waiting almost 10 minutes to sit down. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get a martini when it’s dead on a Sunday night. You need a good gravy for the mashed potatoes. Give me a sub $20 mushroom option to go with my steak. The piano player at this location was incredible!

   I have been to Mastero’s Beverly Hills many times, however this visit wasn’t the Mastero’s experience I’m used to. Oof our guest was served their cocktail in a glass that was chipped, which would have cut his lip if he hadn’t caught it. The food was nothing special and the noise/music level too high to enjoy casual conversation. I was surprised that out experience was not stellar given the nearby competition.

   Had to wait ten minutes to get someone to take my drink order. After that service was good. Food was ok, I expected more. The best thing was the Bread Service and Martini

   The food & service was outstanding, but the noise level was way too loud. A number of large parties in the same room. I asked the waiter who told me there was a much quieter room in the front of the restaurant. Next time I will ask for that. We were celebrating my husband's 86 birthday. He certainly enjoyed the dinner & drinks.

   The manager and staff went out of their way to take care of our large party. It was the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. Very grateful for a wonderful night.

   We made reservations 15 minutes in advance and hoped that we could get a good table. We asked to sit in the bar area but with such a late notice we were not counting on it. But sure enough, that's what they saved for us. The noise level was perfect, the people sitting around us were fun and talkative and the server was great! Fun place to be on a Friday night!

   Had a great time and always incredible food. Had Hugo for a waiter and he was great. Didn’t feel rushed at any point and enjoyed every bite of our meals. Had to finish with the butter cake and definitely recommend the place.

    Ordered shrimp cocktail appetizer Steak Mushrooms Cauliflower The steak was mediocre we were very disappointed (not tender and no flavor) We sat at the bar which is always fun. The bartenders give great service and are friendly.
