   Food is fair. Steak is 2/10, no flavor! so disappointing. Good presentation is t the best either. Plate was dirty with food juice all over :(

   Super loud space. Food was ok, but nothing special. Order glass of wine for $36, was not able to taste first and did not like the wine...

   Food and service were wonderful. The only negative was that we were seated near a window and felt a significant draft.

   We were visiting the area for Thanksgiving and wanted to have a nice family dinner for the 3 of us. I reserved the table weeks in advance and it gave us the option of a high top table or regular table. I chose regular table, which didn't show up on our reservation. Ok, so there must have been a glitch between Open Table and the restaurant, no problem. The service was very poor, however. I assume since it was Thanksgiving, the B team was running the show. 1) We received an appetizer we didn't order. It was dropped on the table by someone who wasnt our server with the appetizer we did order - at first we all thought one of the other people at the table ordered it (we discussed it, but decided against it). We waited on the server to come by and check on us and take our entree order, but he disappeared for a long time, so finally we just ate it. 2) at the time our appetizer order was taken, our winery order was taken. We decided to order by the glass as we wanted to do different wine pairings based on the food we ordered. Husband got his glass immediately. I didn't get the glass I ordered until our entree finally showed up, almost an hour into service. He asked if i wanted a taste of it first, which I said sure. Evidently, they had to "go to the cellar" to get the wine, they they evidently opened it and let it breathe for 40 minutes or so . I have no idea. If the wine i chose was a problem, I would have gladly just changed my order to something they had available. No communication happened. I have to say, all of the food tasted amazing. The service really lacked which was very disappointing given the price point of the meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   Mastro’s was incredible in all aspects. The wait time was fairly short, and when we were seated we felt well attended to. The food was phenomenal, it was a great place for a fancy date night! 10/10 recommend.

   First, our server was very nice and explained the menu and answered our questions. She was very attentive all night. The bone in filet was awesome as was the creamed spinach side. Wine by the glass price and pour were good.

   My first time to Mastroes but won’t be my last. Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving experience
