   My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner, beginning with the crab cakes and ending with the butter cake. Our steaks were fantastic and the sides of bread, garlic mashed potatoes and broiled broccolini were tremendous. This was our first time, but I don’t expect it to be our last.

   Pleasantly surprised by the no wait time for seating on Valentine’s Day. Our server was amazing, food was hot and delicious. My drink (Watermelon fiesta) was so good. Trying to find an excuse to come back soon 😀

   My wife and I have been to this location several times. Last time we had a great experience. This time was not so good. First off, our server was pretty bad, didn’t want to explain what menu items were available, didn’t really check up on us. When we went to order the wagyu ribeye we were told they don’t sell that, when I’ve had it multiple times. The food was decent, we asked for medium on the steak and received a little below rare, you could still see the white in the steak. We ordered fries for the first time, and they were good flavor but cook to a crisp, super crunchy. Not sure if that’s how the fries are there but I doubt it. Other than that, the desserts were good and so was the drinks. We do like this location but did not like this server.

   Came here for valentines. Received exceptional service. The food was amazing, the A5 wagyu melts in your mouth. The espresso dessert was hands down the best! Will come here again.

   I usually always have a good experience here with service, granted I usually dine at night. We came here Valentine's lunch at 1:30 but was really disappointed by the overall timing and service. We ordered bread along with drinks while looking over appetizers. Bread did not come out till long after appetizers were ordered (at least 20 min). At this point we had been seated for almost 45 min with nothing on the table except for our drinks. The next disappointment: plates were never cleared after bread service or apps. We had to ask for new plates twice. To our surprise not even 5 minutes after our appetizer came out, our main courses came to the table with all our plates still sitting, appetizer barely touched. Me and my partner were both taken aback because at this point what could we do? This is something I've never experienced before at a restaurant let alone Mastros. We were also interrupted multiple times during our meal with plates of food that wasn't ours so I'm not sure what was going on there, maybe table numbers were mixed up. Our server was polite, however a little cold. We actually had to ask servers walking by for help throughout our lunch(and they had the most amazing demeanor; what we are used to at Mastros). We do appreciate our server acknowledging our anniversary at the end with a complimentary cheesecake however all of the mishaps that occurred made our special day disappointing. Despite everything, we still tipped 20%. This was just not the standard we are used to at Mastro's and this experience has left a sour taste. Not sure when we will return.

   Evan and Jessie did a phenomenal job at serving . Felt very welcomed and had a good experience. We always come and their service was excellent.!!!
