   I phoned a few days ago to make reservations and asked for a booth on the east side. After waiting for 10 minutes we were given a booth on the west side. Then it took another 15 minutes to have our drink orders taken. It turns out they had one server on all day! She was our server and had done a fantastic job! Then after we had been there 45 minutes at least 5 other servers arrived. This place is VERY POORLY MANAGED!

   We were greeted by our fabulous Violet who directed us to the booth that we had ordered! Then Samantha H did a fantastic job with our meal and beverages!

   Our server Melissa was fantastic She alerted us to various deals and was right there when we needed her. The food is starting to go downhill. But it is still good value for the money! And as usual Violet at the front door did a good job of seating us!

   Great service!! Specials were great!! The only thing that could have been better was the table seemed awful sticky. Like it need’s refinishing!!

   As usual we had great service and were amazed how well the restaurant continues to operate. We have realized that having reservations is a requirement for this location if you want to not have to be wait. Again thank you to Violet who runs the front reservation desk so well!

   Never ate. Took 30 minutes for a waitress when I asked her to come serve. Drinks never came. People at bar being served immediately. We left after 40 minutes and canceled our meal. Waitress said she understood. She had over half the restaurant tables and no support. Shame on the management

    We had a great time tonight at Match! But hats off to Violet who manages the front desk like a pro! She has to tell customers that they have to wait even when there is empty tables because there is not enough servers! Tough job but Violet is fantastic!
