   Never ate. Took 30 minutes for a waitress when I asked her to come serve. Drinks never came. People at bar being served immediately. We left after 40 minutes and canceled our meal. Waitress said she understood. She had over half the restaurant tables and no support. Shame on the management

   We had a great time tonight at Match! But hats off to Violet who manages the front desk like a pro! She has to tell customers that they have to wait even when there is empty tables because there is not enough servers! Tough job but Violet is fantastic!

   Great food, great service and great value! It’s very important to have reservations. If we didn’t have reservations tonight we would have to have waited 15 minutes!

   The problem with this restaurant is that they don’t take reservations on Open Table when there is a BCHL hockey game at the South Okanagan Events Centre. Today the game started at 6 and we had to make reservations for 345. We would have preferred 4 or 415. Couldn’t make a reservation for either of those times on Open Table. Also the menu needs to be updated. Same items for a few years. It has good prices and good service , but it would be great if they changed their menu.

   Our server Amanda, was pretty good. The only thing she forgot to do was just dropping the wine on the table without opening it and serving the first glass. Also the outlet needs a major change to their menu. It’s basically hasn’t changed in a few years. Again they were short of glasses and they had one of the staff running around picking up glasses!

   Great service and great value for the $$. They were short of glasses so they had a server running around picking up empty glasses.
