Chef Ed Ebert out did himself with food pairings to accompany Gerard Bertrand’s wines from the south of France. Don’t miss the next wine dinner at Maverick.

We celebrated our anniversary at Maverick. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was lovely! Great customer service. One of our favorite spots!

This is a beautiful restaurant and they had excellent customer service. You could also tell that the food was prepared very well, but everything that we ordered needed salt. We are not people that typically like a ton of salt on our food either, everything just was lacking a bit of flavor.

Great atmosphere and high quality food but left hungry. Spent $120 before tip, (only 2 cocktails) Could have been we ordered wrong. Would have been better if we were with close friends who like to share sides. Soup was good, steak looked excellent and redfish was fantastic. Service was excellent. A great night but portions smaller than I remembered.

It was not as good as we remembered it. The steak was nothing special, no flavor, the other said their dishes were “fine”. The service and ambiance were outstanding.

Went for brunch. We were the only people there so the atmosphere was good but not great. Drink was beautiful and delicious- not sweet, not sour and perfectly light. Had an AMAZING blueberry pastry - made in-house and was unbelievably light and flakey. Had chicken paillard which was nice though the restaurant was so cold that I had a hard time fully enjoying it. Our server was lovely - thoughtful and attentive.
