   Out waitress was incredibly curt and condescending to us. My husband has celiac disease so simply asked for corn tortillas instead of flour (their menu seems very allergy friendly) - flour tortillas came out instead we tried to flag someone down for 5 full minutes until our server came over and ensured us it was flour but that she would double check. She came out 5 minutes later with corn tortillas and didn’t even apologize. She also cleared our drinks and dishes before we were even finished - with the added flair of grabbing all the dirty utensils in one hand while still reaching across the table for plates. Overall, I understand her probably having a bad day and therefore being rude but I draw the line at not taking allergies seriously.

   Great food, drinks, service, deal, everything! EXCEPT the DJ music was conversationally cripplingly loud - my friend and I had to sit so close to eachother and still yell into each others faces just to hear each other. Look I like music as much as the next person but when the waitstaff and guests at 2:00 pm in the afternoon have to yell and still can’t always hear eachother/ need to ask eachother to repeat things - it’s too loud! DJ was good but just several decimals lower please- I beg of you.

   Amazing food,impeccable service! Everything on the menu is phenomenal and the servers are friendly and super attentive. This was my 4th time here ive never had a bad experience !

   The Bottomless Brunch is tricky: pay attention to how it works. Food is good, drinks ok. The DJ was a distraction and the music was not memorable nor did it in anyway enhance the experience. The overall sound level was too high - had to speak loudly to be heard. Won’t go back.

   The food was good, but there is chipotle (or another) sauce mixed into the green sauce for the chicken enchiladas, which is not mentioned on the menu, and I am not a fan of chipotle…the sauce doesn’t even look green. It was def good, but not what I would’ve ordered with an accurate menu description. Also I was between a Paloma and a margarita and chose a Paloma…but if they had mentioned it was happy hour, I would’ve gotten a margarita, which was included in the HH deal and the Paloma was not, and there was quite a big price difference. I also likely would’ve ordered food off the happy hour menu if they had told me that was an option…I spent an extra $18 BEFORE tax and tip. I ordered around 6:40pm. when I learned it was happy hour after ordering and receiving food, at 7:04 I asked it was possible to add a round of happy hour drinks and they said no, so I left rather than ordering more there. While I was disappointed with my experience, I’d still recommend others check out Maya!! I could tell the enchiladas were of good quality and think most people would really like them. And the overall customer service was pretty good. Multiple people came to check in on me many times. In particular I think this is an awesome bottomless brunch place. Often bottomless brunch options sacrifice food quality. I think this is one of the few restaurants where you’d also genuinely enjoy the food. I also really like how well the menu is labeled either allergens!!! (Although don’t go off the online menu, as that one isn’t fully accurate. For instance, I’m gluten free & after reading the menu online, I was planning to get the seafood enchiladas but in person that was labeled as not GF)

   The seafood special they had was fantastic, shrimp and scallops melted in your mouth, over a great coconut rice, really really good. Service was great and staff was friendly and helpful, great time there.

    been there 150 times, starting on Opening Day -- never disappointed -- last night was quieter than the "bottomless brunch" mealtimes - happily so especially since we requested and obtained a table in the 'backroom' -- all the way back and to the right -- no diminution in service from Raul guacamole tradiicional still tasty and authentic >>> queso fundido wth chorizo - wonderful >>>Maya chop slad was fresh with good dressing on it >>> tacos with short rib and Shrimp Diabla were appreciated and rated 8+ of 10 >>>my very own short ribs dinner plate was excellent and i stole a tortilla to create my personalized version of soft taco con short ribs: 9+ dessert of CINNAMON ice cream lasted only seconds as we devoured it [although in the past we have had flan, coco flan, churros] standard and frozed margaritas [fresa] rounded out the experience
