   The manager on duty at the time was so attentive and accommodating to us. The wait staff were very responsive. We had a wonderful time! I usually frequent the Uptown Park location but will start going to this location going forward. The quality of food is the same at either location but the service here is exceptional.

   Very underwhelming total experience from the moment we walked in - No smiles greeting you. …to the 25 minute wait for drinks ……. The waiter tried & was cordial but there were bartender and some ? Staffing issues of some sort. We had the couples special Valentine meals - the 2 seafood entrees were bland & unimpressively cooked . Very disappointed for a special night out & it being a quality “ seafood restaurant?” “ seafood restaurant?”

   Very slow service. Waitress was not present. The restaurant was not overly busy. Not a lot of hard workers in there. Sat for a while without anyone checking on us. Turned an hour and a half dinner into a 2 hour dinner. Not the best experience.

   This was one of the worst dinners I have ever had at a so-called high-end restaurant. The waiter had no idea about the menu, drinks or anything else when he did stop by our table the 2x we actually interacted with him. The drinks were hot from sitting at the bar for over 30 mins. The food was disgusting from sitting at a warmer for over 30 mins, redfish came out without the lemon butter sauce that it was supposed to have so the manager took it to the kitchen and brought it back out with fishy tasting crab and a melted mayonnaise sauce that was disgusting. The redfish was actually crunchy from being overcooked and old. The steak had 0 seasoning and tasted so plain. It took 2 hours to get old food and 2 drinks. Terrible experience and I would never come back here. The manager even knew there were issues so her and the waiter made sure to never come to our table to actually rectify the situation. Also the truffle fries shouldn't even be called that since there is no truffle and again cold, hard and disgusting. Best thing at this restaurant is the bread, such a waste of our time and the $100 that we spent.

   Reservation was for 10 and we showed up 15 mins before time but had to wait an hour to get to the table. Went there to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday and they didnt do anything to make it special. Our server was nice and professional but the experience somehow ended up to be very or a little below average. I ordered dessert for the bday and the least they could do was to put a candle or write happy birthday but no !! And please note that when i made the reservation I did mention in the occasion “celebrating birthday’. All i got from our server was happy birthday kiddo. I wont recommend going there to celebrate any special event.

   I reserved for 2 @ 8:15 but didn’t get table til 8:50, I understand it was busy which is fine but I see other couples coming in way after us and got seated first? Overall staff was amazing, great service! Would definitely come again when it’s less busy :)

    Service was very very slow in every aspect (drink, food, desert, check). Lobster bisque was very salty. Mashed potatoes were runny. Did ask for no pink on steak but did not want it burnt. Took forever to cash out and check was wrong. This process along took 30 min. 6:45 reservation and didn’t leave until 9. Not a pleasant experience especially based on cost.
